Monday – Arrival & Welcome
Your journey begins on Monday morning in Split, where we’ll meet at the Ferry Terminal to board the boat together to the stunning island of Hvar. After a short transfer to our peaceful retreat, tucked away in the charming village of Dol, you’ll settle into your room and have time to explore the surroundings.
In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner, followed by a gentle yoga session. Surrounded by pristine nature and the shimmering turquoise sea, we’ll flow through grounding asanas that help you unwind, let go of daily life, and truly arrive — in your body, your breath, and this beautiful place.
Tuesday to Thursday – Yoga, Exploration & Relaxation
From Tuesday to Thursday, we’ll fully immerse ourselves in the rhythm of the retreat. Each day begins with a rejuvenating morning yoga session in the Hatha or Vinyasa tradition, awakening both body and mind to deepen your practice.
After a nourishing breakfast, we’ll venture out to explore some of Hvar’s most beautiful spots — the perfect opportunity for relaxation, connection, and soaking up the island’s natural beauty. In the late afternoon, we return to the retreat for a delicious dinner and our evening workshops, where we dive deeper into:
Posture Clinics – refine your alignment and explore the anatomy behind key poses.
Breathwork – discover powerful techniques to connect with your breath and calm your nervous system.
Yoga Philosophy & History – gain insight into yoga’s rich roots and timeless wisdom.
We close each day with a sense of balance, renewal, and spaciousness before resting peacefully under the Mediterranean sky.
Friday – Farewell & Departure
Our final day begins with a closing yoga session that takes a more workshop-style approach. We’ll slow down, revisit key postures, and create space for your personal questions — an opportunity to integrate everything you’ve learned and bring your retreat experience to a gentle, mindful close.
Afterward, we’ll enjoy a leisurely breakfast together before making our way back to the ferry for the journey to Split. From there, you’re free to continue your Croatian adventure or head to the airport for your trip home — feeling refreshed, inspired, and renewed.
Throughout the week, there’s also the opportunity for one-on-one sessions with your teacher. This is your moment to dive deeper into your practice, ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask, and explore how each posture works best for your unique body.
EXTRA:
Throughout the week, there’s also the opportunity for one-on-one sessions with your teacher. This is your chance to dive deeper into your practice, ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask, and refine your alignment so each posture truly works for your unique body.
Come as you are. Leave grounded, open, and renewed.
