In addition to the yoga teachers of Home of Yoga, Sherie van den Wijngaard will treat you with 3 beautiful classes and workshops.

Sherie has been teaching and practicing yoga since 1992 and was invited to Bangalore, India in 1997. She completed her studies Vinyasa Krama and yoga therapy a year later.
Sherie believes that yoga is for everyone as a method of liberation from suffering. Sherie continues to teach yoga as the "8-limb system" and supports schools, educators and students around the world.

Kriyas in Yoga

Kriya means Pranayama in Action! This active class will have standing breathing exercises that build and repeat, and simple floor postures that flow naturally with your body and breath. The class increases your respiratory muscle awareness and lymphatic circulation.
Variations on 26&2

Learn the different variations and adaptations to the "26 & 2" from a therapeutic perspective. This class is perfect for students who have mobility limitations or feel stuck in their practice. Expect a few extra sets and extra breathing exercises at the beginning and end of the class.

Learn more about different aspects of classical yoga breathing and explore slow and fast techniques step by step. Yoga Nidra (passive meditation in Savasana) will be taught at the end to support deep relaxation.
