Sherie will also be teaching the 10 o'clock class.

It's not mandatory, but it's nice to have a  lesson in advance.

Mat and towel are required.

If you also do the lesson, you will receive a mat and towel  to borrow for the workshop.


The heaters are not on during the workshop.

Workshop is largely in English.

About Sherie van den Wijngaard

Sherie has been teaching and practicing yoga since 1992.

She had been introduced to yoga by her physiotherapist as an alternative to knee surgery. After looking for a teacher in many styles of yoga, in 1997 she was invited to study in Bangalore, India with a traditional master.

She completed her studies Vinyasa Krama and yoga therapy a year later. In 1998 she started bikram yoga as an addition to her home practice and in the spring of 2006 she graduated from the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training. She has worked with top athletes, troubled teens and the elderly. Sherie believes that yoga is for everyone as a method of liberation from suffering.

Sherie continues to teach yoga as the 8-limb system (8-fold path) and supports schools, teachers and students around the world.

Yoga has given her a way to serve others with unconditional love.
